Important Carnival Information: Carnival Rides are open at 1pm on Thursday, June 11 and on Friday, June 12 and close at 11pm. See below for the complete Carnival and Festival Hours.

Unlimited Rides Wristband
Please Note
- Carnival Wristbands ARE NOT VALID for Water Balls, Bounce House, Inflatables, Mechanical Bull, Nerf‐Terf, Parker Days Sunshine Express or Bungy Jump activities on the festival site. These activities can be purchased with Festival Tickets, which are sold throughout the festival site.
- Carnival Area Food Concessions do not accept Festival Tickets. Their sales are cash or credit card only.
- Carnival Area Games are cash only.
- You will not be permitted to ride the rides if any part of your body is in a cast or visibly injured. Safety first!
- No open-toed shoes are allowed on the carnival rides.
Single-Day EARLY BIRD Carnival Rides Wristband
For unlimited rides for one person for the first 4 hours of one day of the festival (you choose the day). Void after first 4 hours. Your Single-Day, Early-Bird Carnival Rides Wristband is good for the carnival rides in the Carnival Midway areas, the Ferris Wheel adjacent to the East Music Stage, and the new carnival rides on the east end of east Victorian and Mainstreet, east of Parker Station, including kiddie rides. No open-toed shoes on rides. Must be 36″ in height to ride kiddie rides; 42” for adult/family rides. No height restriction for Carousel Ride when accompanied by an adult.
Single-day Kiddie Rides Wristband
For unlimited Carnival Kiddie Rides for one child on any one day. No open-toed shoes on rides. Look for the baby duck sign🐥 for eligible rides. Must be 36″ in height to ride kiddie rides; 42” for adult/family rides. No height restriction for Carousel Ride when accompanied by an adult.
4‐DAY Multi‐Day, Mega Pass Discounted Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristband
Not available for purchase onsite at the festival‐advance purchase only. Good for use by the same person on all 4 days of the Carnival Midway Rides. Your wristband will be placed on your wrist at the booth where you pick it up and must remain on your wrist all 4 days. Non‐transferable, void if removed from wrist or altered in any way. GOOD FOR ALL CARNIVAL RIDES, INCLUDING KIDDIE RIDES. Persons must be at least 36″ in height to ride.
Single‐Day Discounted Unlimited Carnival Rides Wristband
Good for use by one person on the day the wristband is issued at the festival. The wristband will be placed on your wrist at the booth where you pick it up.
